Maintaining the Long Island Sound in Greenwich, CT

Maintaining the Long Island Sound

At LISI, we are trying to raise five hundred million dollars, a substantial amount — but we believe in our cause to conserve Long Island Sound. Using these funds, we will make an offer to buy the rights to the existing federal lands throughout Long Island Sound. While leaving these lands in the hands of the federal government, we will take responsibility for the remediation and revelations of the land — especially the Plum Island, which has been compromised in the past, due to germ warfare and agriculture testing.
